During my recent stay at Riad Kenzo, I was truly impressed by the helpful nature of the staff. One evening, I had trouble finding my way back to the riad after wandering the vibrant streets of Marrakech. I approached a member of the staff, and without hesitation, they guided me back to the riad, ensuring I felt safe and comfortable. Their willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me. The riad itself was a beautiful oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and a stunning rooftop terrace. I highly recommend this unforgettable accommodation experience.

Located in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the bustling Jamaa el Fna square, you'll find this hidden gem tucked away down a quiet alley accessible through a short tunnel. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the basic amenities are well-maintained, with rooms being cleaned on a daily basis. The beds are comfortable, and the highlight of the stay is the rooftop breakfast, where you can feast on delicious traditional food while enjoying panoramic views of the city.

Despite the overall positive experience, some guests mentioned that the room can be a little noisy due to its proximity to the patio.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a great time. the staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed and spoke excellent English. We loved the fact that they provided us with accurate prices for different items and transportation, making it easier for us to navigate the city and get the best deals. the location was also perfect, close to the markets and taxi stands, allowing us to explore both the Medina and the New City easily. Plus, the peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation made it a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
