Riad Kenzo Marrakesh

During my recent stay at Riad Kenzo, I was impressed by the helpful nature of the staff. One evening, I had trouble finding my way back to the riad after wandering the vibrant streets of Marrakech. I approached a member of the staff, and without hesitation, they guided me back to the riad, ensuring I felt safe and comfortable. Their willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me. The riad itself was a beautiful oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and a fine rooftop terrace. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation experience.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the bustling Jamaa el Fna square, you'll find this hidden gem tucked away down a quiet alley accessible through a short tunnel. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the basic amenities are well-maintained, with rooms being cleaned on a daily basis. The beds are comfortable, and the highlight of the stay is the rooftop breakfast, where you can feast on delicious traditional food while enjoying panoramic views of the city.

The rooms are beautifully furnished with elegant details and a homely atmosphere. The bathrooms are arranged in a classic old style and are very clean. The staff is friendly, efficient and always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city. the hotel offers amenities such as a hammam black soap bath and a steam massage, providing a rejuvenating experience.

Despite the overall positive experience, some guests mentioned that the room can be a little noisy due to its proximity to the patio.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with clean rooms and lovely facilities. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the old town near all the markets and main attractions. The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed and spoke excellent English. We loved the fact that they provided us with accurate prices for different items and transportation, making it easier for us to navigate the city and get the best deals. The location was also perfect, close to the markets and taxi stands, great to explore both the Medina and the New City easily. Plus, the peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation made it a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
